Being able to follow Clients procedures is crutial as all project processess are strictly regulated. However, creative ideas are needed to solve unexpected issues that come along the way. Finding the balance between following procedures and recognizing opportunities for innovation is a very valued skill.
LOGIC
We love working with intelligence, wit and humour. Coming from a background that is not tradidional for this industry can be an advantage if you can apply logical and analytical thinking to a big picture. It is not about what you learned, it's about how you can apply it.
